A small single screen Shoot 'Em Up about a white blood cell defending their world.

This project was inspired by an Indie Game Clinic YouTube video about the three beginner projects that he would set for first-year Game Design students. This is my attempt at the second game he recommended.

The brief set out the following design requirements:

  • Create a single screen shoot'em up
  • No spaceships or planes
  • Use gradients of a single colour with basic shapes
  • Limited or no UI
  • Find the visual style first, and build the games theme around it
